Q: How long do the seeds last?

    Seeds can last up to 5 years if stored in the correct way though we do not recommend their prolonged storage.

Q: What happens if my seeds are lost, damaged or confiscated?

    If your seeds get lost or damaged we will resend them. If your parcel is confiscated by customs we can not offer any compensation as our products are directed at countries where cannabis germination is legal.

Q: Do you accept returns or can I get a refund?

    No. We cannot issue refunds or accept returns on consumable products. We can also not cancel any orders already placed. We suggest trying a small quantity of something that interests you to see if the product performs to your expectations. If you are happy with the results, we are certain you will buy more. See the above FAQ for what happens if your seeds are lost, damaged or confiscated.

Q: Do you ship COD?

    No we do not ship COD.

Q: When will my credit card be debited?

In most cases your credit card will be debited within 24 hours of you placing your order online but please allow for up to one week. If there are any problems with your credit card details you will recieve an automatic email stating that your credit card has been declined.

Q: I have paid by cash or International money order, when will my order be shipped?

International money order and cash orders are shipped within a week of us receiving them from you.

Q: I have paid by cheque, when will my order be shipped?

    If the cheque is not certified, your order will be declined and the cheque destroyed.

Q: How do I know you won't keep my money and never send my order?

    If we did, the news would spread quickly world-wide and we would end up without a business, which after all the hard work we've put into it, would be mad. We believe in providing good, honest service that our customers deserve. Our business runs on good karma.
