Introducing the Essential Still

In designing the Essential Still, our goal was simple: to make a still that produced a high-strength product at an impressive rate of flow, and to accomplish this in a compact format that fits in the kitchen of any home. We also wanted to make it simple to use and adjustable in a way that allows distillers to make precisely the grade of alcohol they want. The top section of the condensor column swivels to vary the rate of flow, altering the balance between potency and flavor.
